Chicken, black bean, and pineapple street tacos with a little Alohot.
I sauteed the chicken high heat diced up with some fajita seasoning, then i cooked the pineapple about 90 seconds in my cast iron pan after I pulled the chicken. Then sautéed diced onions and put everything together in the tacos and dashed some sauce up. 10/10 recommend. Your sauce is right at home with a little extra fresh pineapple – Jonah G
